We will never prevent workers from participating in the legal activities of registered unions as long as participation is voluntary and does not violate local laws. Suppliers that provide good services will benefit from a greater share of purchases and greater business opportunities. The opposite is true for low-performing suppliers, especially those who have crossed the line we draw for CSR. Depending on the situation, we inform underperforming suppliers to resolve existing problems within a specified time frame and we can even end business relationships with suppliers with exceptionally poor performance.
