Samwu Main Collective Agreement

A collective agreement is concluded in undertakings or entities which include such an undertaking and which have legal personality, irrespective of their form of ownership, field of activity or number of employees. (2) A collective agreement shall, for the entire duration of the collective agreement, bind any related person within the meaning of paragraph 1(c) who was a member at the time of its existence or who becomes a member by virtue of his or her commitment, whether or not that person remains a member of the registered trade union or registered professional organisation for the duration of the collective agreement. The uniform draft collective agreement must necessarily be submitted to the workers of the various branches of the undertaking and finalised taking into account the additional comments, proposals and proposals made.
